Appliance Repair Norman OK is a locally owned and operated appliance repair company serving Norman, Oklahoma, and surrounding areas including Moore, Noble, Newcastle, Blanchard, and all of Cleveland County. We provide professional in-home repair services for all major household appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, cooktops, microwaves, ice makers, garbage disposals, and more.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Appliance Repair Norman OK. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The most current version will always be available on this page.

3. Service Description

We provide diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services for residential appliances. All work is performed by our experienced, licensed, and insured technicians. Services are available Monday through Saturday, with emergency and same-day appointments offered whenever possible.

4. Scheduling and Appointments

• Appointments can be booked online, by phone at +1 (405) 266-9906, or via email.
• We provide arrival windows (typically 2–4 hours) and will call or text 30–60 minutes before arrival.
• A $79 diagnostic fee applies to all service calls (credited toward repair if you proceed with our recommended repair).
• Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a $50 fee.

5. Pricing and Payment

• All pricing is transparent and provided upfront. We offer flat-rate pricing on most common repairs.
• Estimates are free after the diagnostic fee is paid.
• Payment is due in full upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo, Cash App, and checks.
• Parts are guaranteed for 1 year; labor is guaranteed for 90 days (see Warranty section below).
• We are not responsible for manufacturer defects in parts or appliances.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

• All repairs performed by Appliance Repair Norman OK come with a 90-day labor warranty and a 1-year parts warranty.
• If the same issue recurs within the warranty period due to our workmanship, we will repair it at no additional cost.
• Warranty covers only the specific repair performed and does not apply to new issues, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
• Manufacturer warranties remain in effect and are handled directly with the manufacturer when applicable.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to appliances and work areas.
• Remove pets or secure them during service.
• Ensure electrical and water supplies are functional and accessible.
• Disclose any known issues or previous repair attempts.
• Move obstacles or fragile items from the work area.

8. Limitation of Liability

Appliance Repair Norman OK will perform services with reasonable care and skill. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing conditions or damage discovered during repair.
• Loss of food due to refrigerator/freezer failure.
• Damage caused by continued use of a malfunctioning appliance after we have advised against it.
• Consequential, indirect, or incidental damages.
• Issues arising from improper installation by others, power surges, floods, or acts of God.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service call.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and service descriptions, is owned by Appliance Repair Norman OK and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for commercial purposes without permission.
• Provide false information when scheduling or during service.
• Interfere with our technicians’ ability to perform work safely.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any customer at our discretion, including for abusive behavior toward our staff.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cleveland County, Oklahoma.
